Little Annie lived in an orphanage for as long as she could remember. Without love and without knowing the warmth of a home, she suffered every day she was there, and even the few friends she managed to make were soon adopted. As the years went by, Annie not only had to endure watching all the other children happily go off to their new families, ... but as she grew older, the owners of the place imposed increasingly difficult tasks on her, being both mean and overbearing to her.
Shortly after her 16th birthday, the young girl could no longer endure that unhappy life full of abuse and mistreatment. Not a day went by that she didn't think about leaving and living her dream life, one where she would never have to clean again, where she wouldn't be forced to do chores she didn't want to do, and where she would always be the center of attention. So, that night, as she burst into tears, a mysterious figure appeared to her.
The demonic silhouette appeared before her with a suspicious proposal. This one offered her the life she had dreamed of and her only condition was that she would help him fulfill a single task. Annie did not hesitate to accept the demon's offer, completely ignoring the danger that her requirement could represent. Thus, after signing that contract with one of her crayons, her new life began.
When she opened her eyes, Annie found herself in a totally different place. She woke up in a huge room filled with all the luxuries she had always dreamed of, a rich breakfast was prepared exclusively for her with all her favorite sweets and there were plenty of minions ready to fulfill even the slightest of her whims. Overnight, she had become the supreme ruler of a great kingdom: the Avocado Kingdom. However, what she didn't know was that it was all part of the plan of that great demon named "Minato". He fed on people's happiness, and he saw that Annie would be the perfect slave to rule that kingdom, to keep his subjects faithful and happy and, thus, to become stronger.
Time went by and little by little Annie got used to the chores that came with being the ruler of a kingdom. Although not everything was about eating and sleeping, the young princess found pleasure in helping and cheering up everyone in the Avocado Kingdom: their smiles and thanks were all she needed as a reward. Thus, her life had completely changed, but, no matter how hard she searched the palace or asked in the villages, there was no trace of that strange fellow who had granted her wish. Although she was unable to thank him for what he did, Annie, totally naive to the true motive behind his actions, always kept this stranger in her heart as if he were a father, since he was the closest thing she had ever had to one.
Two years passed until that great demon appeared before Annie again. In that time, his power had increased as well as his greed: he was no longer satisfied with only the subjects of the kingdom, but wanted to have in his power every inhabitant of the world. For that reason, after appearing he gave his "daughter" a new task and, with a snap, Annie underwent another total change. With a new outfit and her whole kingdom supporting her, the princess became a rising idol, who sought to be recognized and loved worldwide in order to make her beloved father happy.Show more
