Hikami Mong Ling (冰上夢凌) is a male Taiwanese VTuber who debuted on 28th October 2023. He was formerly affiliated with Nirvoc. He can speak Chinese, English, Japanese, and Taiwanese. His fanbase name is "Bing Hu (冰狐)", meaning "Ice Fox". He is known for his chatting and singing skills. He is also known as the partner of Ceresa Clark (希瑞莎・克拉克).
