Jiu Xiao Palace (九霄 宮主) is a female Taiwanese VTuber who debuted on the 18th of December 2024. Her fanbase is called "Hsiang Qin (香親)", which is a pun meaning "Fellow Townsman". She can speak Chinese, Taiwanese, and English. Her content consists of free talk, drawing, working, and gaming.

Descending from the celestial Nine Heavens to the human world with a pet banded linsang, I embarked on a journey of exploration. Along the way, I found love and started a family. I established the Palace of Nine Skies and continued traveling to care for my little one, hoping to make more friends with whom to share adventures.
