Nishiyama CCC (西山CCC) is a male Taiwanese VTuber who debuted on the 30th of March 2024. His fanbase is called "GuaSi (瓜西)".

10 years ago, the disaster "Collapse of the Black Cat" caused a world crash. After Fusheng's "Debug Control Bureau" captured it, it was sealed in the "Nishiyama CCC Mass Production Test Growth Housework System beta version 1.3" that was damaged in the incident, and installed a human emotion simulator and debt repayment kit. Afterwards, he was sent ... to Earth to start working to pay off his debts. With no ability to survive, he wandered on the streets and was picked up by the earthling "FE-chan".
