Cephero Garde, also known as Cephy or Ceph, is a male Filipino VTuber who debuted on the 8th of October 2022. He can speak English, Filipino, Tagalog, and Pangasinan. His fanbase is called "Souls".

in a distant land, two realms, the Demon Realm and the Heavenly Realm, remained locked in endless war. Shadows crept from the Demon Realm toward the heavens, while divine light pierced the gloom in defiance. Neither side would yield, leaving the land scarred and its people weary, with peace a distant dream. Cephero, a young and impetuous... half-demon and half-human, found himself caught in the middle of the conflict. He had always been fascinated by the Heavenly Realm and its inhabitants, and over time, he had struck up a friendship with one of its denizens. As the war between the realms escalated, Cephero found himself torn between his loyalty to the Demon Realm and his growing fondness for the angels. He couldn't bear the thought of fighting against his friend and her people, but he also didn't want to betray his own kind. In the end, Cephero's friendship with the angels was discovered by the high-ranking members of the Demon Realm.
