Dr. Lifesucks, also known as Yan Shi Zhu Yuan Yi Sheng A Wan (厭世住院醫師阿萬) or A Wan (阿萬), is a male Taiwanese VTuber who debuted on the 11th of December 2022. He can speak Chinese, English, and Taiwanese. He is affiliated with SpringFish Studio (春魚工作室). His fanbase name is "Fen Gan (粉肝)," He is well known for combining medical knowledge with gaming... livestreams. He is known for his unique sense of humor, referring to his fans as “Fen Gan (粉肝),” and for the contrast between his professional expertise and his “world-weary” persona. He won the Best Male VTuber award at the 1st Golden V Awards (第一屆金V獎最佳男V獎). He leverages his medical background to provide health education during streams, including highly appreciated abdominal ultrasound tutorials.
