Jing Licht

Jing Licht (敬·里希特) is a male Taiwanese VTuber who debuted on the 9th of January 2026. He can speak Chinese and Taiwanese. His fanbase is called “Lv Ren (旅人)”, meaning "Traveler".

Licht was born in a village called Tixien, a place perpetually shrouded in thick mist where the villagers could never see the stars. Yet when Licht was born, his eyes shimmered with an uncanny golden glow, like shining coins. The village elders prophesied that this child possessed eyes capable of “piercing through the fog and gazing upon the... truth.” On a cold winter night, the young Licht discovered an ancient star-chart pendant in the basement beneath the village ruins, the very one hanging on his chest now. The moment he touched it, star maps from millions of light-years away flooded his mind. He realized that the stars in the sky had not vanished; they had been “veiled” by a powerful ancient magic. From then on, he secretly studied astrology and tarot, using the resonance between the cards and the stars to foresee the future. He eventually learned that the magic in his left eye originated from an ancient star that had long since fallen. This power allowed him to see the invisible “threads of fate” that others could not perceive. Determined to restore the starlight to his homeland, Licht donned a deep blue robe symbolizing the night sky, took up his most trusted tarot deck and star chart, and left the village behind. He traveled across many lands, using his astrology and tarot to solve countless mysteries. The purple trim and starry embroidery on his robe are, in truth, formed from “stardust” he has collected along his journey.
