Louie661, also known as Louie, is a male Filipino VTuber who debuted on the 29th of July 2021. He can speak English and a bit of Tagalog and Bisaya. His fanbase is called "Fireteam".

Louie661 is a special forces operator whose DNA is preserved and cloned under a highly classified project, facilitated and funded by multiple allied nations, to develop unlimited manpower for their military forces. In its current status, the project can sustain only one active clone at a time. This Louie is designated as the 661st, hence the... number in his name. There were many clones before him that operated in different places in the world and contributed to resolving many wartime conflicts from the mid-19th century to the present. All the memories and training from the previous clones were reuploaded and retained in Louie661 so that he may utilize efficient skill sets during an active operation. Today, Louie661 is the founder and leader of the “Repatriates Coalition," an alliance of tactical Vtubers from different PMCs (private military contractors) or military groups that deploys task forces around the globe to resolve national-level threats wherever they may occur.
