Moondogs, also known as Huan Yue (幻月) or Tsai Huan Yue (蔡幻月), is a female Taiwanese VTuber who debuted on the 6th of December 2023. She is affiliated with SpringFish Studio. She can speak Chinese and Taiwanese. Her fanbase is called "Yu You (芋友)", meaning "Yam Friends". Alongside team members “Kumosuki” (雲隙光), “Eisnebel” (冰霧), and “xxhacucoxx”... (白白虹), she is part of the “Celestial (瑟拉斯蒂歐)” team under SpringFish Studio. She is known for her “all emotion, no technique” singing style, highly interactive chat engagement, love for unboxing games and products, and occasional spontaneous talk streams. As part of the weather-themed VTuber group, she presents a friendly and lively personality. Her content centers around emotionally rich singing; she has modestly described herself as “not very good at singing,” but this genuine, heartfelt delivery is exactly what draws fans in. A moongirl inspired by No Game, No Life developed a deep love for gaming. In her search for true companionship, she devoted herself to strengthening her skills but over time began to feel lonely. The members of Celestial eventually invited her to join them and embark on her journey as a VTuber.
