Nanri

Nanri is a non-binary English/Indonesian-language VTuber who debuted December 2022. They are a craftsman from outer-space who loves art, mixing, and singing.

Nanri is a naturally gifted but humble youth from the hyper-competitive planet Unov. After letting their winning streak go to their head, Nanri becomes arrogant, neglects their training, and suffers a humiliating loss in the "Ruler Games"—alienating their friends and ruining their reputation in the process. Seeking a fresh start away from the... judgment of their home planet, Nanri moves to Earth. However, life as an alien immigrant is difficult; Nanri struggles with human social norms, confusing questions about their gender and biology (like their gray tongue), and the mundane stresses of bills and odd jobs. Eventually, Nanri finds their niche after discovering VTubers. Inspired by the medium, they quit their studio job to combine their artistic talents with a new digital identity, finally embarking on a career as an independent VArtist/VTuber. Show more
