Nekoraku Hikami (貓樂火神) is a male Taiwanese VTuber who debuted on the 15th of July 2021. He can speak Taiwanese, Chinese, and English.

In charge of Nekoraku MRT Line 1. An MRT driver with a dual personality. He likes MRT, animation, games, chat, and tuna. He hates rain and bitter melon. I originally lived in Nekoraku City. To learn more about MRT, I came to Taiwan to study and become a Vtuber.
