Raku

Raku, also known as Shen Luo (深洛) or Gong Zhu (公主), is a male Taiwanese VTuber who debuted on the 24th of January 2026. He is affiliated with the Shinko Workshop (深湖工作室). He can speak Chinese, Japanese, English, and Taiwanese.

A Western-style modern small town located by a lakeside at the foot of the mountains, surrounded by forests. Rumors say a lake monster appears in the water, giving the town a bit of fame. The only way to enter the town is by bus. Raku is one of the ancient legendary creatures said to live in the lake. Some residents insist they have seen his... silhouette in the water. Scholars claim it was merely a ladle floating on the lake, while visitors sometimes travel there specifically to search the waters. Some have even heard his voice from their boats (he was just practicing singing). After nearly being caught (everyone loved his singing and wanted to capture him to keep), he transformed into a human to avoid revealing his true form.
