Tan Lut Sim (陳律心) is a female Taiwanese VTuber who debuted on the 18th of September 2022. She is affiliated with Sin-siau (神霄). Her fanbase name is "Mian Xian (麵線)", meaning "Vermicelli". She is known for her Taiwanese Language speaking streams.

The eldest daughter of the Chen family, she ran away from home at 17 after a heated argument with her mother. She later joined a Taiwanese opera troupe, beginning her life as a stage performer, but tragically died during a major plague outbreak.
